WHO PRODUCES THE FESTIVAL?
South by So What?! is put together by Third String Festivals based in Dallas, more TX.

HOW LONG AS SOUTH BY SO WHAT?! BEEN A FESTIVAL?
South By So What?! started in 2008 and was held at The Plano Centre for 2 years, Dr. Pepper Arena for 1 year, Palladium Ballroom for 1 year, and is in it’s 3rd year at QuikTrip Park.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND SOUTH BY SO WHAT?! MUSIC FESTIVAL?
This event is ALL AGES, ALL ages are welcome

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN EACH DAY?
Gates will open at 12pm (noon) Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

WHAT TIME DOES THE BOX OFFICE OPEN EACH DAY?
The box office will open at 10am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

WILL THE EVENT SELL OUT?
Our capacity is 10,000 people per day, it is very unlikely that we will sell out, but it never hurts to get your tickets in advance

CAN I BUY SINGLE DAY TICKETS & 3-DAY PASSES AT THE BOX OFFICE?
Yes, you will be able to still buy 3-Day Passes at the box office starting Friday at 10am and single day tickets will be sold all 3 days of the festival

HOW MUCH WILL TICKETS BE DAY OF SHOW AT THE BOX OFFICE?
Friday: $55*
Saturday: $65*
Sunday: $55*
3-Day Passes: $150* (available Friday only)

*includes all taxes and fees

ARE THERE SINGLE DAY VIP AVAILABLE?
If we DO NOT sell out of 3-Day VIP passes, we will be allowing single day VIP upgrades for $50 more

WHAT IS YOUR RAIN / BAD WEATHER POLICY?
We will continue the show unless we absolutely cannot move forward because of a severe case such as a tornado or anything that would endanger the fans and performers. Our policy is NO refunds, rain or shine, however if there is an extreme case, we will post an announcement letting attendees know if that has changed.

ARE THERE IN AND OUTS?
There are NO ins and outs allowed

I AM 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER, CAN I DRINK?
Yes! There is a bar & grill located in left field with a full bar and there will be beer stands throughout the venue. However, if you choose to pass any alcohol on to a minor you will be kicked out immediately.

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?
Parking is 100% free, enjoy!

WILL BANDS BE DOING MEET & GREETS AND SIGNINGS?
Yes, Alternative Press is hosting these at their booth, more information will be released soon.

IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?
Yes! The After Party will be held at The Globe in Dallas on Saturday March 15th from 10pm to 2am and all ages are welcome. The event is $5 for 21+ and $10 if you are under 21. More information will be released soon. Tickets will be on sale at our TicketFly Ticketing Page starting Monday March 3rd.

I HAVE A BUNDLE, VIP TICKET, OR ELITE VIP TICKET WHERE DO I GET ALL MY STUFF AT?
VIP check in, T-Shirt pick up, and all that good stuff will be at the North Industries official South By So What?! Merch Booth located right inside the front entrance!

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Use of illegal drugs is not permitted. Anyone using illegal drugs will be subject to removal from the event, and will not be allowed back in.

SECURITY
Event Security and Safety will be located throughout the site starting at the entrance to the event and remaining for the entire duration of the event. If you have an EMERGENCY, find a staff person with a radio or go to the nearest security station, information booth, medical station or security personnel.

MEDICAL & FIRST AID
There will be emergency medical personnel and Security personnel onsite around the clock. If you need Emergency medical or police attention, find a staff person with a radio, go to an information booth, medical tent or tell one of the security personnel.

OFFICIAL SOUTH BY SO WHAT?! MERCHANDISE
Official merchandise including T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, and Posters will be located just inside the main gates!
