2014 marks the 10 year anniversary of Third String Productions as well as the 7th year of the South By So What?! Music Festival, advice the largest independently run all-ages music festival in Texas. Over the years South By So What?! has grown from a small festival of under 3, website 000 attendees to a thriving destination festival boasting over 8, prescription 000 attendees from as many as 48 different states and 3 countries.

In 2014, the festival has built a line up that rivals other festivals such as Warped Tour, Bamboozle, Skate & Surf, Blood Fest, Riot Fest, and more. Confirmed headliner acts include Taking Back Sunday, The Used, Asking Alexandria, Bring Me The Horizon, The Devil Wears Prada, The Story So Far, and more. Much like these festivals, South By So What?! has also decided to go to a 3-Day event in 2014 with an expected weekend attendance of 20,000 attendees. Inquiries regarding travel packages for the festival have already been received from all over the US, Canada, and even the UK and Australia. For many people, South By So What?! has become THE Spring Break destination of choice.

In an effort to keep ticket prices low (we started off 3-Day passes at only $99), we are looking to brands who want to partner on this event and make it a more enjoyable experience for fans. In the past, we have partnered with 7-11, CHIPOTLE, KIA, METRO PCS, PLUG YOUR HOLES BODY JEWELRY, SCION, and many more brands to bring cool sponsored elements to our events such as photo booths, car giveaways, free food / beverage, and much more.

South By So What?! Music Festival will take place on March 14th, sanitary
15th, and 16th in 2014 as a large celebration of the 10 year anniversary of Third String Productions. Bands, venue information, and more will be available shortly. Tickets go on-sale on Thanksgiving weekend.

SOUTH BY SO WHAT?! MUSIC FESTIVAL was established in 2008 as an opportunity for Dallas residents to catch 50+ of the bands headed to SXSW for one low ticket price. The event is a mix of many genres including Metal, Rock, Pop, Indie Rock, Hip-Hop, and Electronic.
